"What's with the kid Alex?" The man muttered in a low voice. "Dun ask," she muttered. "Is he here?" she asked. "Should be soon, the third seat from the left at the bar is looking for a deal though," he said. Alex sighed. "I'm not a dealer..." she muttered. "Hey, business is business," he shrugged.

"Water? Honestly?" she asked, placing down a coin. "Two tonic's," she said, grabbing the shot that was placed infront of her and downing it, giving the other to Ayna.

Alex sighed. "If the girl doesn't want it, don't force her to drink." Alex looked at the hand that snatched the shot from Ayna and downed it. Alex whirled around, grinning at the man behind her. "Ha! If it isn't the Lord of Fools who has come to grace us with his pressance," she laughed. He did a sweeping bow. "At your service," he said.

"What are you doing out here?" She asked. "You were supposed to be in Fei Fu days ago. Our clients got worried, I said I'd come find you. Can't leave my dear little baby sister out in the world to get distracted...which I see you already have," he said, and spun to face Ayna. He again bowed, but this time to her. "I apologizing for anything my roughen of a sister may have done to hurt you," he said. Alex twitched and glared at him. "she's just a tag along," she glowered. He straightened up and smirk at Alex in an 'I won' fashion.

Anya stood up"If I annoy you and I'm just a tag along I'll go, to let you handle your 'business'" she said making air quotations. She bowed tot the boy"Good day" she said"I'll find my own way..."she then walked out of the tavern.

"Woah woah," Lucian said, grabbing Ayna and putting her back on the bar stool. " For one, these roads are dangerous at night," he said. A small smirk played across Alex's lips as a small flame danced back and forth on her fingers. She took another shot and downed it.

He raised an eyebrow. "Don't get carried away," Alex said, which in itself should've been a warning. The second after those words left his sisters lips, Lucian had Ayna pinned against the wall of the tavern (which strangley alarmed no one) one hand on her throat, the other clutching her upper arm.
