Akio looked at Chi "Its OK. Todays kinda slow anyway" he said, the two waitresses and cook were chatting in the corner, there were only a few customers "This is a perfect time for ya to learn the basics, so catch you're breath, go get changed, and we'll start."

"Oh, alright," Chi said nodding. She went into the staff room and found the dress. She put her uniform where the dress was and put on the dress. Once it was on she had a mini meltdown. She came out of the staff room, tugging at the collar. "It's so low cut," She muttered.

Akio sighed "Well, come on, I'll show you around" he said, then showed her around the cafe, just so she'd get an idea where what was, he also introduced her to the other three that worked there "You'll mainly be out on front, taking orders and welcoming guests" he said "Whenever someone shows up just greet them with a smile and show them to a table, the customers will say if its a table for one, two, three people and so on" he said "I'm pretty sure I dont need to explain how to take orders, if someone asks what you recomend, just recomend the days special." He said "The most important thing is to smile, no one enjoys a scowling waitress" he said "And also, if someones hands start getting itchy, dont hesitate to slap them, or call me." he said

Akio looked up at the clock "Breakfast is gonna start soon...get ready." he said, walking off into the kitchen. Customers started comming in, slow at first, one or two people, but then hoards started comming in, 5 to 7 people at a time. Chi of course wasn't alone on the greeting and seating, the other two waitresses also did their job.

The door open. "Welco-" Chi was staring back at a grinning Cat, a hyper active mafia bosses daughter...and a shit load of men in suites. "What are you doing?" Chi said harshly. "Aww don't be like that," Carmen grinned. "CHI SO CUTE!" Miau grinned, glomping her. "What's...what's with all the people?" She asked. "Ohh, Daddy's friends were hungry, so I'm taking them out to lunch," Miau grinned. Chi blinked, looking up at the stern faced men. "lots...of crime lords," She muttered.

"Oi." Akio called, slamming his hands on the counter "Don't distract the waitresses, just sit in you're seats and read the damn menu, or get out." Akio said, not taking too kindly to people who goofed around

"Nyuuuu," Miau slumped back, sitting at the table Chi showed them to. When taking their orders carmen made sure to make her order beyond complicated, until the crime lord of the drugs world gave her a look that made even her shut up.

Carmen was oddly silent after that look. When She dropped off the drinks she heard a complete flip from Miau personality wise. "All transactions will go through the Ting family, no exceptions. There wont be a dime sold one the street corner by a junior high kid that we wont know about, that goes the same for contracts, all have to be ok'd by us first. We want to keep the Court as far out of our business as possible," She said. Chi's ears perked with the Court was mentioned. The Court of Miracles was supposedly the ones responsible for all the crazy bombings

Akio just continued to give glances. Though then. CRASH. SHATTER. SPILL. The cute pink haired waitress tripped and dropped a tray full of glasses filled with wine "Eheheh...whoops..." She laughed emberassed, sticking her tongue out. A lot of the customers seemed actualy amused, her screw ups were actualy one of the main attractions to the regulars.
