The spike that Negi was impaled on dissapeared, along with all the traces of his blood, there was no hole in his body, not even in his clothes "Heh, illusions can be tricky things eh?" he asked. Negi put the glove back on, and the markings dissapeared from his arm and the building "Puf." he sat down, tired.

A figure dropped to the ground, her back to Negi. She knelt down in front of Arh. "Akong, are you alright?" She asked quietly. Her voice was obviously female, but young, maybe 16 at the oldest. "Don't ask obvoius questions Al," He said simply. "Come on, brother can-" "I made a deal with that man over there Al," He said. She frowned. She knew what the deal meant. "Akong just come on-" He cut her off again. "What our people seem to be forgetting is that honor is our back bone. I wont go back on my deal," He said. The girl looked over her shoulder at Negi.

Negi was brething heavy, he lookd up at the girl "Heh..." He waved weakly, again with his arrogant additude.

The girl stood up and walked over to Negi, and again crouched down. "I'll make a trade with you," She said, digging into her bag. "This," She said, showing him a small bottle of glowing blue liquid, "For Akong's life."

Negi looked at the potion, then at the girl. He reached out, though instead of taking the potion, he flicked the girls forehead "Dumbass, I was never planning to kill the old fart" He said "He himself said it, death is better than going back empty handed, and If I want my enemy to suffer, he'll have to take the nagging" he said

Alex stood up and put a small wrapped package at his feet. "Thanks," She said, and went over to Arh, pulling him up, bracing him. "Come on yeah old coot," She said, and the two vanished.

"No sleepy on the roof," Miau said and picked Negi up, jumping down and taking him back to his house.

"Whoa hey wait!" Negi got out of Miau's grasp "I can walk...er...drag my feet myself, thank you" he said, going back to his house and falling into a come right after going through the front door and closing it "SNOOOORE"

The school festival had of course been cancled, and a majority of the students were freaked out. Chi decided to check on Negi that evening, since she didn't have to work. She went to his house on campus and knocked on the door, though he wasn't sure if he was awake.
