"Eh? Uhhh...OK." He said, holding his hand right above the water. A dim blue light swirled around under his hand, Then suddenly the whole waterfall/pond started freazing over, starting from where he was holding his hand, to right up the waterfall. Ten seconds later, the pond, was a frozen tundra. A cold, glittering, beautiful tundra.

The Ice was as thich as the dept of the pond. Meaning there wasnt a single drop of water left unfrozen. Negi scratched his neck "Its nothing really..."

He grabbed her shoulder "Don't be so down, I had an unreasonable amount of magic powers when I was a kid, It wasn't talent, it was the fact that I was overflowing with magical energy" he said "After I learned how to control it, I was able to do simple magic spells, but on massive scales" he said "Here, I'll prove that its got nothing to do with talent" He said, taking her hand in his. His hand glew for a second, and that glow passed onto her hand, staying there. Negi touched the water, it melting. "There, now try to freeze it" he said. If she tried to freeze it while her hand was glowing, her the result she would have gotten would be 20 times faster, and a 100 times larger.

Chi blinked, staring at her hand, but did none the less. She closed her eyes and placed her hand above the water. The amount of power the was let out over whemled her, and caused her to open her eyes and her hair to blow back in an invisible window. She it died down the lake was frozen. She blinked. "That...I...wow," She muttered.

"See?" He asked "I put a very large amount of magical power into you're hand" he said "If you had that much power you COULD and CAN freeze this lake over without a problem, you've got jus as much talent as anyone else"

Negi nodded "Yeah, and that, honestly, is not something you can fix within two minutes" he said "Learnings spells is easy, just learn the basics and you're set. Having enough magical energy for it...that something you ether have to work hard on growing, or have to be born with it" He said "Chi, you're just as talented as any other studed, you just were unlucky enough to be born with a very small amount of magic."
