Chi wasn't too happy that he was so calm. The wind started to pick up, swipping around the tents, making the stalls shake.

The wind ceased for a second before picking up again, seemingly unaffected afterwards. It was much much stronger, actually blwoing a few stalls away. "Forgive me I do enjoy a good show," an elderly man said, appearing next to the side of the school.

A vein appeared on Negi's head "Cut it" He snapped, raising his hand up. A sort of shockwave was sent out from his hand, stopping all wind and sound. It was eerily quiet, no wind, no other kinds of wordly sounds, it was as if they were in a massive empty air tight room "JUst what do you want?" he asked

"Well there is a difference between what I want and what the court wants. I want to be at home with some tea reading. The court wants me to have a 'chat' with you, which means forcing you out of town, or killing you and preferably a few other people as well."
