Abilities
Inuisi is very fast and light on her feat, she also has very sharp tongue, and can piss off her oponent to the point where their just a raging steroid junky. She could walk on a trapeese rope without even having to try, just waltz and cartwheel her way from one end to the other.
She's also very good with swords, aswell as hand to hand. Though she prefers shortswords and daggers, things that are easy to handle, conceal, and are light. She is also quite the hacker, one wouldnt expect that from her rather 'popular' appearance, but she could make a military base computer fry its circuts with just a few button presses.
Personality
Inuisi is friendly, even thugh she is somewhat of a brat, very cocky and overconfident, though some would say thats a plus, since she's not the snotty type, she's the "I'll insult you and slap you silly with a hammer" type.
Very hyperactive and over-the-top with everything she does, she goes out of her way to make someone flip out, or make them look like a total idiot. One would call her an idiot from the way she acts, cuz she CAN do some pretty stupid things...like walk face first into a wall while blabbing to you while walking backwards and then turning around.
History
Born into a rich family, Inuisi was to be the black sheep of the family. She had a twin sister, and was attempted to be raised just like her...though she skipped many of the etiquette classes her sister took. She never saw the reason for them. They were boring, took up way too much time, and who wants to walk around with a book on their head? And when she was finaly forced to go at the age of 11, she smashes the phonebook over the teachers head, saying "No, YOU walk like a hunchback!" That happened because she kept hunching over in her seat next to her sister, pouting, putting her head in her hands with her elbows on the table. At one point, as the phonebook kept falling off her head, the teacher apperantly lost her temper and said that Inuisi walked like the hunchback. After hearing that Inuisi felt insulted. She fulled out her cheeks, grabbed the phonebook, and then jumped like a basketball player, and slam-dunked the phonebook right on the teachers head. "Some Etiquiet teacher she turns out to be. Grrr." And afterwards left and never returned to that class again. Everytime someone tried, she bit them, or kicked them in the soft spot.
During Kindergarden and Gradeschool, Inuisi was the exact oposite of Tsumi. She was always at the center of attention, causing trouble, be it reece's or class. During class she'd be throwing small pieces of erasors at her friends and teacher, paper balls, or flinging an armada of paper planes in every direction known to man. During Reece's though, she was always the first one to sprint out of class and into the great outdoors. Always the first one on the swing-set or jungle-gym. She had tried numerious times to include her sister in her games, but she always just rejected her, and if she persisted ignored her. Which caused little Inuisi to pout and try flinging grass at her, pulling her, tackling her. Usualy the two would come home their hair a mess and full of grass and leafs. Thanks to Inuisi of course.
Then came highschool, and she went out of her way to be just like her sister...for all the wrong reasons. She grew out her hair, wore it the same way, wore her school uniform the exact same overly tidy way. Walked like a lady, spoke in the same exact voice, and mimicked her during class, driving the teachers, and some students, completely insane because they couldnt tell which one was which. The reason for this was because she just wanted to. Only now did her brain register that they were exact twins, and to imitate her sisters voice was a piece of cake. You could call it one giant practical joke she pulled on her friends and family. She loved people mistaking her for her sister, because that set up the perfect trap for a 'kick me' sign on their back, or a wedgie. Yes, this high class 'princess' of a girl gave others wedgies.
Though as her sister was starting to get picked on, Inuisi wasnt left out. While her sister was being picked on thanks to her 'loner' attitude, Inuisi was picked on, well, just because she's the loners sister. Though unlike her sister, Inuisi didn't just ignore them, oh no, she started fights. And although untrained and unskilled, she was still pretty good at grabbing a solid object and swinging it. She sent a few people to the hospital a few times, and has been suspended multiple times thanks to that.
It wasn't just her bullies she faught, she snuck up on the guys and girls that would pick on Tsumi and bash a chair over their heads. This sort of behavior of course quickly got her the reputation of a delinquent, which of course made her the family's 'black sheep' and 'shame of the school'. Which resulted in her friends keeping a distance from her, not wanting to get in trouble with the principal or their parents.
One time during lunch break, when she went to her usual seat with her friends in the cafeteria, as she sat down everyone looked at her weirdly "Uhm...whats with the weird looks guys?" She'd ask, the only response would be some of her friends picking up their trays and going to a different table. One girl though, her used to be best friend in the world, told her. "Inuisi, you're causing way too much trouble, no one wants to get involved with you anymore so maybe....you should find a different table to sit at." This of course hit Inuisi hard, and she flipped out. She stood up and slammed her hands on the table "Fine then! Who needs you assholes anyway! I'm better off without friends than with spineless prissy pricks like you!" Her shouts could be heard all across the large school cafeteria. After that outburst she quickly turned on her heels and ran away.
She unconciously ran back into the classroom, where only her sister was left, and Tsumi's first words to her Sister Inuisi were:"You're crying." A rare concerned expression took hold of Tsumi's face as she stood up from her seat. "W-what are you talking about? I'm not!" She protested, but none the less when she touched her cheek she felt a moise line on it. "I-its nothing, I-I just-" Though Inuisi didn't get to finish her sentence, because Tsumi just pulled her into a silent hug. She didn't say anything, didn't give an explanation, she just hugged her. And that was as if opening the floodgates. Inuisi gripped onto her sister, crying in her shoulder. After that day, the two sisters were closer than ever.
When her sister was given martial arts lessons, she insisted that she be taught too, refusing to move from where she was pouting untill her parents gave in and allowed her to take the classes aswell. This is where she and her sister were dead equel. Whenver they were pinned against each other they would both end up falling on the floor, out of breath after about 20 rounds that ended in a draw. This is also where her one-sided rivalry was born. She swore to outdo her sister, to beat her one time without even breaking a sweat. Though of course, when she had exclaimed her new-found rivalry, she wont the next round no problem. And after that realisation, she shouted "YOU'RE NOT TRYING!!!"
Though as they kept going with their dayly lives, Inuisi started to notice Subtle changes in her eye color. She'd spend near hours at a time staring at the mirror, wondering if she's seeing things. Her pale blue eyes were beggining to look more like a mucky green. She asked her sister, then her parents, and then finally a doctor. Who told them it was nothing to worry about. Just some changes her body was going through thanks to maturity. The changes were subtle, so she could still keep her mascarade of pretending to be her sister. Which she liked to do a lot, since it confused the living daylights out of people.
Though then when they went to The T'zenshin Institute, Inuisi's eye color changed drasticaly. Going from a mucky dark green to a bright emerald green. Her hopes and dreams of confusing everyone at this new school and having a blast were shatterd. But she decided that she was too old for that sort of behavior anyway, so she adopted her own style of clothing, forsaking the uniform, and just wearing what she liked. Which she found out felt so liberating, no more stuffy uniforms like her sister. Now, she is still a trouble maker in this school aswell, though she doesnt exactly bash chairs over peoples heads....well, except for one person. Though their best friends so its OK.
They both graduated at the same time, though their carrer choices were very different. Her sister, Tsumi decided she wanted to be in the military, which of Course Inuisi was very proud of, mostly because she loved the looks on her parents faces when she enlisted.
This however was the only time Inuisi did not follow her sister. She does not have a job, but rather she thinks herself as a vigilanty, bringing justice to the unjust, making the gangs lives in the wards a living nightmare, because she keeps screwing up their drug deals, beating up and or killing influencial memebers, and just all around making things way harder than they should be in the wards.
