"He's been saying something that people are getting angry and that there's going to be an...uhhh...up...bri-no...up...up...something with an up." He said, giving up on trying t remember the word he didn't know. He then grinned when she thanked him. "Noooooo problem!" he said, giving her thumbs up "My names Kazel Naka by the way"

She nodded, opening the door to the main hall where her mother was sitting at a table working at something. "If you wouldn't mind waiting in here until the others come, I'm sure she'd like your help," She said, and then grabbed two guards, posting them inside the room. She went off to find Vivi, and when she did, she relayed everything she'd been told. "It sounds like he's afraid of an uprising," She said. Irene nodded. "It does...but...allowing the war to continue wont end well...I can't throw it away now," She said. "I'll keep thinking on it, just be wary of him," She said.

After a few hours, the others showed up, though of course it was once again the entire family, a small army of guards, and just about the most fancy and needlessly complicated clothing you'd ever find. "Ugh...my son are you sure you want anything to do with this rabble?" The king said, seeing the demon civilians "Father please...its better than our own society collapsing in on itself."

And of course so many people showing up sent the entire inner walls of the castle into a tizzy. "Of course I tell him to come, and he brings everyone..." she muttered, seeing him. When she was speaking of going to his kingdom she was going to go just with her personal guard. After all she didn't want to alarm his citizens. Though they were welcomed into the palace none the less, and brought into the main hall where her mother and Kazel were, along with Vivi and a few of the palace guards. "I didn't know you were bringing so many...compainions," Irene said, obviously disapproving. "I'm going to have to ask you to leave the soldiers, other then two of your personal guard, outside the palace, and relinquish any weapons," The tall, dark skinned demon woman said. Her eyes were deep red, and seemed to glow, and entranced anyone who stared to long.

Kazel waved his hands when everyone came in. Alidaster sighed "Thought I saw something speed past us..." he muttered, though then looked at Vivi. He had heard rumors about her stare, he wasnt about to ignore them, even if they were somewhat preposterious "Are you really going to take away the walking sticks from a few old men?" he asked, most of the guards he brought were mages, some of the best ones no less. The two personal guards he had could lift and melt this entire castle in a minute. He looked at Irene "Well then if one goes missing I'll know who to blame, wont I?" He asked.

"I don't trust mages," She said flatly, glaring at him, as if daring him to test the rumors. "I lost my sisters to mages," She said, holding out her hand to collect anything they had. Irene sighed. "well the rest of your family will be shown to rooms they can stay in, thought I'm going to have to ask them not to leave those rooms," She said. "You can understand my uneasiness."

"Such a pity, she shouldn't have charged in like an idiot." he said to Vivi "Yes yes. Just them have a window to stare out and they'll be content for the two days." he said, the mages had nothing to give. The staffs were harmless, and the older ones, would she REALLY take a walking stick from an old man?

"Your soldiers attacked our village..." She said flatly, still planning to take their staffs from them. The other personal guards took the other family members away, leaving Irene, her mother, Vivi and two other guards, and Alidaster and his two guards. "Please, have a seat," She said to Alidaster, sitting down at the table, her mother looked up from her sewing. "We're going to have to change his clothes," She commented. Irene looked to him and nodded.

Alidaster sat down when he was offered, though when he was told that his clothes would need to change he frowned "Praytell what is wrong with my clothes?" he asked

"They're rather...ridiculous," Her mother said, holding up the dress she was working on and examining it before continuing. Irene sighed. "Your clothes are the least of my worries," She said. "Have you set up the arrangements for what are needed in your court?" She asked.

"Long ago." he said "All the arangements have been made, the people have been informed, and now everyones just waiting on you." he said, and then sighed "Respect a countries different style of clothing...we have complexity, you lack it. Severely."

"We have taste," She answered, standing up and handing the finished dress to the maid. "Hang that up in Irene's room," Her mother said. "When must I be there?" Irene asked. She honestly seemed willing to make such a thing work.

"Whenever you deem fit. There is no need to rush anything...our family has a history of unnececerily long periods of time from the announcement of the mate, to the actual marriage...no one will be surprised if you do not show up for another year or so." He said

"As soon as possible," She contradicted. She didn't like the idea of putting off for such a long time. "I can leave the the day after the coronation," She said. Especially with the message Kazel had given. "Do you know how you should appear with her to the public?" Her mother asked.

Alidaster sighed "Well you're a quick one..." he muttered, and then looked at her mother and nodded "Yes yes. I know how these things work. Despite my age I'm better informed than you are." he said
